I was lucky enough to engage with Nicola which led to my current role. Our initial conversations were in relation to a role that wasn't right at the time, however Nicola took the time to find out what I would look for in my next career move and got back in touch later. Not many recruiters spend the time matching candidates to roles or remembering them months after.
