As a long-time recruiter in the whisky and drinks space, I saw a gap. Talented individuals were being overlooked, undervalued, or left without guidance when they needed it most.
Employers, especially smaller or growing brands, often lacked the time or in-house resources to offer real development or transitional support. The old recruitment model wasn’t serving the industry, or its people, as well as it could.
So I decided to elevate the offering.
