Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible. Here’s how cancellations and rescheduling work for our workshops:

Cancelling your place

  • If you cancel 7 days or more before the workshop, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop, unfortunately we’re unable to offer a refund, but you’re welcome to transfer your place to someone else.

Rescheduling

  • If you’d like to move to a future workshop, just let us know at least 7 days in advance and we’ll happily transfer your booking free of charge.
  • Changes made within 7 days will depend on availability, and while we’ll do our best, we can’t guarantee a transfer.

No-shows

If you don’t attend and haven’t contacted us in advance, the booking is non-refundable.

How to make changes

To cancel or reschedule, please email us at lauren@drinkability.co.uk with your name and booking details. We’ll confirm everything in writing so you know it’s sorted.
